STEP 1: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION

Complete and submit this form. If you need help with any portion of the application, please contact info@opendoorconsults.org.

Once submitted, you will be contacted within 10 days to discuss whether the program is a good fit for your circumstances. At this time, we'll review next steps.

STEP 2: DISCUSS MENTORSHIP OUTLINE

We’ll discuss all of the steps, including review of budgets and revenue goals, and a timeline. Most consults are completed in 8 weeks with an additional four months of check in with the team to ensure things are going smoothly.

STEP 3: CONFIRM TRAINING DATES

Once your renovations are complete, your staff hired, and your equipment ordered, we'll set up a training time with you virtually or for your team to visit our clinics in Toledo or Asheville.

Consulting fees depend on organization needs and whether a clinic is expanding access to care practices or launching from scratch. Open Door Veterinary Collective has some grant funds available to help offset the training to expand accessible veterinary services and can also work with you to present a case statement to donors in your community.
