I ascertain that I am a licensed veterinarian who practices small animal medicine in North America.*
I ascertain that I professionally prevent, diagnose, and/or treat canine heartworm disease in my practice (does not matter how many cases annually).*
I agree to complete a 1-hour RACE approved online training about using an evidence-based spectrum of care approach for preventing, diagnosing, and treating canine heartworm disease that was created by ODVC in collaboration with the American Heartworm Society.*
I agree to complete 3 surveys during the course: a pre-course, post-course, and a follow-up survey several months later.*
If I am one of a limited number of veterinarians asked, I will participate in a brief phone interview conducted by a researcher.*
